• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

• For international customers, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees. These are your responsibility.

• Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of order. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Returns & Refunds

Merille offers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

• To initiate a return or refund request, contact vverityyy@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

• We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of damaged or defective products before processing a refund or replacement.

• Sale items, promotional bundles, and gift cards are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
