Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Merille. We want to make sure your order reaches you quickly, safely, and with full transparency. Please read our shipping policy below before placing your order.

 

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

 

 Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

 You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

 During promotional periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. We will communicate any delays via email.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched and are provided by the carrier. These are estimates only — actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Free standard shipping is available on all US orders over $70. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

 

3. Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx for domestic orders. International orders are shipped via USPS International or a partner carrier depending on the destination country.

 

 Carrier selection is made at our discretion based on destination and package weight.

 Expedited shipping options, where available, will be shown at checkout.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

 

 Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent.

5. International Shipping & Customs

Merille ships to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in your order total and are not the responsibility of Merille.

 

 Customs processing may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery windows.

 We are required by law to declare the full value of all international shipments on customs forms. We cannot mark orders as gifts or under-declare their value.

 If an international shipment is refused or unclaimed, it may be abandoned by customs. Merille is not responsible for packages in these circumstances.

 

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Merille is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after successful delivery to the address provided at checkout. However, we will do everything we can to help resolve the situation.

 

 If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first.

 If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at vverityyy@gmail.com

 If your order is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

 

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Merille is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

 

 If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing your order, contact us at vverityyy@gmail.com as soon as possible.

 We can only modify shipping addresses before an order has been dispatched. Once shipped, we cannot reroute packages.

 

8. Pre-Orders & Back-Orders

Occasionally, certain products may be available for pre-order or may be temporarily out of stock. In these cases, the estimated ship date will be clearly communicated on the product page and in your order confirmation email.

 

 Pre-order and back-order items will ship as soon as stock becomes available.

 If you order in-stock and pre-order items together, your entire order will ship when all items are available unless you contact us to request a split shipment.

 

9. Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday periods (November through January), please allow additional processing and delivery time. We recommend placing orders at least 2 weeks before your desired arrival date during the holiday season.
